For over 15 years, I have worn the hats of an educator, jazz pianist, composer, and arranger. I am currently a K-8 music teacher in Modesto, CA, run a private teaching studio, and actively perform across the Central Valley.
My goal is to provide every student with a unique learning experience tailored to their goals and needs. I am available for both in-person and online piano lessons.
I received my Bachelor of Music (B.M.) and Master of Music (M.M.) in jazz studies from CSU Sacramento and Doctorate in Education (Ed.D) from the University of the Pacific.
I am married to my wonderful wife—a fellow teacher. When we aren't teaching, you can find us outside rock climbing, backpacking, and spending time in the mountains! Feel free to call or contact me through the chat box with any questions you might have.
